Mike has taken his 35 years of Horticultural training & experience to develop a considerable portfolio of bespoke gold medal winning planting styles.
Ranging from the Cool Contemporary, The Prairie or "New Dutch" planting style to Traditional Cottage Garden effects, City Courtyards to large Country Estates. He has Created & Planted Many Specialist areas such as School Sensory Gardens,
Bog gardens, Winter interest Borders, Seaside plots, Gravel Gardens, Mediterranean Gardens, Tropical styles & more.
How the Design Process works
Your Enquiry
Once you contact Mike to create a planting Design he arranges to visit for a no obligation consultation, where he will show you past projects in his portfolio. Or you can utilise our online service via Email & Phone consultation UK wide.
Followed by an in-depth discussion of your requirements gathering as much info from you in regards to your likes/dislikes for your garden. Mike then provides you with a fixed Price Quotation for the Design Planning Work on your garden.
Design Commission
All the layouts are totally bespoke & individually tailored to you, the clients requirements, the Limitations, aspects & style of the site.
'Right Plant-Right Place" is our ethos Your plants are carefully chosen for the soil & site.
The eventual size of plants is taken into account to save those outgrowing their allotted spaces.
