Adiantum pedatum 'Imbricatum'

Known as the dwarf maidenhair fern, Adiantum pedatum 'Imbricatum' is a lovely hardy deciduous fern, native to Eastern North America. Fresh green fronds emerge in the spring contrasting nicely with fine black stems. It will form a feathery, delicate looking very low clump combining well with other woodland plants such as Epimedium, Hostas & Carex grasses in a moist fertile & humus rich soil in dappled to partial shade.
