Adiantum pedatum

Known as the 5 fingered maidenhair fern, Adiantum pedatum is a lovely hardy deciduous fern, native to Eastern North America. Fresh green fronds emerge in the spring contrasting nicely with fine black stems. It will grow to form a feathery delicate looking clump combining well with other woodland plants such as Epimedium, Hostas & Carex grasses in a moist fertile & humus rich soil in dappled to partial shade.
