Digitalis parviflora 'Milk chocolate'

The 'small flowered Foxglove' well known for its compact spikes of tubular flowers which rise above a broad leaf foliage base. Fantastic planted mid border & very attractive to bees. A very useful plant as when its placed into a moist but drained soil, it will grow in full sun, to part shade and even full shade. Meaning that you can utilise it for a border plant and even into an underplanted woodland. Cut back any spent flowering stems for a second flush of blooms.

This variety bears dense spikes of small, tightly packed orange brown flowers with a purple - brown lip from May onwards, over rich, dark green compact foliage, a really stunning plant.
