Known as the gooseneck loosestrife, fast growing clump forming perennial plants, with small white saucer - shaped flowers on long, slender arching spikes imitating a goose neck over fresh green pointed leaves that fade to orange -red briefly into the Autumn. Its nectar rich flowers attract bees , butterflies and all manner of pollinating insects. Quite stunning once established and forming a large clump.
They prefer dappled shade to a sunny spot in humus rich moist soil.
