Miscanthus sinensis 'Graziella'

The Miscanthus group of grasses should, in our opinion be known as the King of grasses. A very adaptable & diverse range of cultivars, all of which are reliable. Having a wide range of heights & structure plus finger like flower heads with a subtle range of colours which are produced very late in the autumn, and last well into the winter. They all require full sun in any soil and will grow in the same spot for many years quietly increasing from a central clump, but not running or becoming invasive. Suitable for mass plantings, use as a single specimen, or even in large containers

Miscanthus 'Graziella' has a delightful slightly upright, arching outline with very fine-textured narrow leaves. It produces pale pink toned flowers that turn to silvery white plumes in August onwards. Rising 1.5m above the foliage base, So a total height of 1.8m x 1.5m spd

This grass stands well into the winter, with its leaves turning a distinctive copper-red colour into the Autumn whilst its flowers turn a fluffy beige from white, having strong sculptural presence.
