Known as the cinnamon fern, forming tight circles of fresh green fronds, growing into a beautiful upright shuttlecock by midsummer. In the centre of the shuttlecock, tight plumes of cinnamon- brown spore bearing fronds emerge, resembling flower spikes. Its perfect for a bog garden or pond edge, where it looks great with other foliage plants such as gunners manicata, ligularias & rodgersias. Grow in full to part shade in a moist or even wet soil.
