Persicaria bistorta 'Superba'

Known as the common bistort, this lovely variety bears small spikes of soft pink flowers in profusion over fast spreading, clumps of fresh green foliage. The flowers are much loved by bees and other beneficial insects and compliment most grasses and perennial plants. Great as a ground cover in sun to partial shade in moist but well drained soil.
